Mongkol Na Songkhla
Former Minister of Health, Thailand
Mongkol Na Songkhla served as Minister of Health in Thailand from 2006 to 2007. Notable among his measures was the making the 30-baht universal healthcare program completely free. He also issued compulsory licenses for several patented drugs, including various HIV/AIDS drugs and heart disease drugs.
