Abstract

This website was created to support policy makers and practitioners working to boost the effectiveness of aid and its contribution to development in their countries. The 2005 Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and the 2008 Accra Agenda for Action set out to accomplish a major shift in the way development assistance is provided.
