Nepal is rich in having very good policy and stretegy documents and also doing very good job at the community level. However to better ensure more sustainable gains in good health of the poor Nepalese, translating health leadership and management knowledge into national and district programme managers is critical. It will be more relevant in Nepal's context as the country is preparing for federal health care system under new political shift. At this stage, quality leadership in health counts a lot.
